So people understand this term has done and the VIS politicians and academics from around the world to meet the requirements and consequences of globalization for the company, especially in technology transfer and information technology.

The globalization of higher education is an important development trends

academia. It takes many forms, among others, is a rapidly evolving

transnational education, as it is coupled with the arrival of new education providers,

based mainly on information technology. The other is the increased mobility of staff and students and curriculum. As a result of this new development, knowledge is the way and provide the academic qualifications tend to become global.

To produce the information system and a society based on educational technology has been obliged to change their traditional teaching and learning methodology local and international media and global efforts to produce human resource problems of the new sustainable world.

Economic globalization requires a different line that improves students’ ability to access, evaluate, adopt and apply knowledge, to think quickly and independently, to collaborate with others and other universal characteristics that can help the economy. In other words, the educational system in this new era should be able to produce not only a scholar and intellectual, but also take risks, competition, technology and society.

Additionally, it is important to recall here the new trends of globalization.

• Globalization is not a zero sum game where one side gains, are on the side of loss.

• Global trade is a tour through, not one-way “push / pull.

• Both sides gain from the export / import in a win-win situation.

• U.S. rules of origin to live because workers are constantly forced by low labor productivity, increased job productivity.

• Each year 32 million U.S. destroys jobs and creates 32. 5 million jobs more productive.

• The net result is richer the more productive of the United States.

• This should happen in India by the Indian nation and Indian workers rich.

• A cartoon Higgletown Heroes “for Disney Channel is produced by the supply chain” around the world:

• The network of writers from their homes in Florida, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco. And London

• Character Animation in Bangalore from 8 teams working in parallel with 8 writers

• Planning and direction of San Francisco

• Registration and changes in New York from San Francisco.

The future of India

• Today India is one of the fastest growing democratic market economy.

• The famous Goldman Sachs report (Dreaming with bricks: the path of 2050) states that among Brazil, Russia, India and China, India will grow faster on its the next 30 or 50 years, taking advantage demographic.

• India’s GDP will overtake Italy in 2016, France 2019, Germany in 2023 and Japan in 2032.

• India will become the third largest economy in 2032.

In the midst of this scenario and have highlighted the important aspects involved in the challenges of higher education in India in the context of globalization, it is worthwhile to mention here the important reforms to be undertaken by government planners and academic. The ten commandments of higher education reforms are:

• Restructuring of the value system

• Knowledge, a tool for wealth and wisdom

• Research to improve the capabilities

• the development of intellectual capital

• Benchmarking best practices

• Government involvement

• change agent society

• Globalization agent

• Relationship building

• Capacity building and skills

In short, it is clear that much work at home is needed to establish a flexible higher education system of education in order to protect and safeguard the interests of the student community in India.
